Has someone you love been subjected to seclusion or restraint? This sample letter is to aide those who are comfortable sharing their loved ones story and to urge law makers to make legislative change here in New Jersey. 

KASSA (Keeping All Students Safe Act) is a federal bill that has been introduced in the U.S.  Congress many times, but has yet to move forward for a vote. This bill would prohibit the use of seclusion and limit the use of physical restraint in schools and Head Start programs that receive federal funding.
