(End Seclusion and Restraint New Jersey was established  in June 2024 by a mother and former educator whose  neurodivergent child experienced seclusion and restraint techniques in Michigan. This adverse experience, coupled with her journey of navigating the educational system afterwards, inspired her to begin her advocacy work. After moving from Michigan to New Jersey it became clear that New Jersey was also lacking the proper protections and guidance needed to protect disabled children.)This is your About page.
